The Youth Risk Behavior
Survey (YRBS) is one of several surveillance methods developed by the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that collects
information on health-risk behaviors contributing to the leading causes
of death, illness, disability, and social problems among youth and

The Oklahoma Prevention
Needs Assessment Survey (OKPNA) measures student risk and protective
factors across four domains: Peer, Individual, Community, School and
