This booklet lists videos available for loan from the Area Prevention Resource Center lending library.  There is no charge for the loan of these videos; however, the borrower and/or agency is responsible for the total cost of replacement of any video which is lost or returned in damaged condition.

 

Video Listing

 

Videos are listed by category.  Each listing provides a brief description, running time, and targeted audience.  Some videos include a discussion guide that must be returned to the Video Lending Library at the same time the video is returned.

 

Video Loan Agreement

 

Each individual borrower must have a signed Video Loan Agreement on file at the APRC.  This agreement must be updated annually prior to expiration of the previously executed loan agreement.

 

Video requests are accepted by mail, telephone, or in person.

 

A borrower may check out only two videos at a given time for a period not exceeding one week.

Ashlee, a chronic cigarette smoker, hopes to make it as an actress in Hollywood. Each of them is unconcerned about their habit, declaring themselves to be invincible. For 24 hours, reality is controlled and belief is suspended as these two teenagers find their worlds upended and "flipped." A medical doctor presents practical evidence of the harm ETS can do, and young viewers are encouraged to protect their health in clips that show different ways of asking people (including parents) not to smoke near them.
