Responsible Beverage Service
and Sales Training
Responsible Beverage Sales and Service Training (RBSS) is a partnership between the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE). This training program provides owners, managers, and servers of establishments that serve and sell alcohol with the knowledge and skills to help them serve and sell alcohol responsibly and fulfill the legal requirements of alcohol service. The class is free of charge and provides valuable alcohol merchant education.
According to Oklahoma's new alcohol laws, individuals who have applied for an alcohol license after October 1, 2018, must attend ABLE-approved training.
